A Doula's Apothecary

Reserve your spot for InnerLight Holistic’s next session of  “A Doula’s Apothecary"! Explore the Holistic Art of Doulaing through the use of aromatherapy, herbal, and homeopathic remedies.  This workshop is designed for the newly trained and experienced doulas/birthworkers looking to expand their understanding of the craft of birthwork. 

Attendees will learn more about the artistry of applying holistic methods throughout the perinatal period (pregnancy through postpartum). Together, we will explore how to support pregnant and birthing mothers by illustrating how the use of herbal, homeopathic remedies, and aromatherapy promotes a more in-tune physiologic response for your clients.

Participants will also create a sample apothecary.
